CBB team leaders will announce when emergency is over.

emergency hospital protocol

  • Upon group consensus, first security personnel on scene communicates with the van driver to determine safest and most effective way to get patient in the vehicle and the route to take to the hospital.

  • Upon group consensus, first medical personnel on the scene calls the closest City CBB Hospital Liaison, the Central CBB Office Liaison, the closest City CBB Doctor, and/or the hospital (in that order, as needed) until we are sure the hospital is aware of and getting ready for the patients’ arrival (see hospital contact details above).

A hospital team will join the patient in the vehicle to be transported to the hospital. Team to hospital will include van driver, medical personnel, security personnel, and program leader to monitor and report on the situation. The hospital team will review the hospital check in protocol with the hospital liaison while on the way (see hospital contact details above).
